ARCHITECTURE
 
Design hotel with traditional Astypalean architectural elements. It consists of the central building with the basic hotel facilities and 5 small two-floor buildings with the rooms and the suites.
 
LOCATION
 
Pylaia Boutique Hotel overlooks the bay of Livadi, one of the biggest and most well-known places in the island. Distance to the beach nearly 300m. Distance to Chora nearly 200m.
 
ACCOMMODATION
 
Standard Double Rooms (19 rooms) with sea view, balcony or veranda, accommodating two persons in single beds or king size bed with the potential of accommodating an extra person (in some cases, two extra persons) in the sitting room, providing a sitting area, a writing desk, and a bath with a bathtub or a bathtub with hydro message.
 
Junior Suites (2 rooms) with sea view and veranda, in two levels, accommodating two persons in a king size bed with the potential of accommodating an extra person (in case of small children, two extra persons) in the sitting room, providing a sitting area, a writing desk, and a bath with hydro message.
